Is your jewelry really made from solid sterling silver?
Yes. Our jewelry is handcrafted from solid 925 sterling silver, not plated or hollow. Every piece is designed to last for years with proper care.
Is each piece handmade?
Yes. Every design begins as an original sculpture created using the traditional lost wax casting process. Because each piece is individually finished by hand, slight variations make every piece unique.
Is the Ring (or other Jewelry) for men or women?
It's designed as a unisex piece and looks great on anyone who loves the species.

What makes Attractive Ocean Jewelry different?

How do I know my ring size?

What if I order the wrong ring size?
We understand mistakes happen.
Contact us after receiving your ring, and we'll discuss the best resizing or exchange option for your particular design.
Can you make custom ring sizes?
Yes.
Many of our rings can be made in custom sizes beyond the standard options. Contact us before ordering if you need a special size.
Custom Orders
Do you accept custom jewelry requests?
Yes.
If you have an idea for a custom marine animal, fish, or meaningful design, we'd love to hear about it. We'll let you know if it's something we can create.
Can you make my jewelry in gold?
Many designs can be made in 10K, 14K, 18K gold by special order.

Shipping
How long does it take to make my jewelry?
We have small amount of items in stock but most pieces are handcrafted after your order is placed.
Production typically takes 2–3 weeks, depending on the design and current order volume.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time depends on your location.
- USA: typically 2–5 business days after production
- International: generally 1–3 weeks depending on customs
Tracking information will be provided once your order ships.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes.
We proudly ship to customers around the world.
Please note that import duties or taxes charged by your country are the buyer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final although unused jewelry may be returned if the reason is accepted by Attractive Ocean Jewelry. Custom orders and personalized pieces may not be eligible.
Please contact us before sending anything back.
What if my jewelry arrives damaged?
Although this is rare, if your item arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos and we'll make it right.
Jewelry Care
Will sterling silver tarnish?
Sterling silver naturally develops tarnish over time when exposed to air and moisture.
This is completely normal and can easily be removed with a polishing cloth or silver cleaner.
Can I wear my jewelry every day?
Absolutely.
Our jewelry is designed for everyday wear, but removing it before swimming, showering, exercising, or using chemicals will help preserve its finish.
How should I clean my jewelry?
Use a soft polishing cloth made for sterling silver.
Avoid harsh chemicals and store your jewelry in a dry place when not being worn.
Orders
Can I cancel my order?
If production has not started, we can usually cancel your order. Amount will be credited to future store purchase, no refund will be made.
Please contact us as soon as possible.
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Yes, as long as your order has not already shipped.
Contact us immediately if you need to update your address.
Gifts
Is your jewelry suitable as a gift?
Absolutely.
Many customers purchase our jewelry to celebrate birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, retirement, Father's Day, Mother's Day, Christmas, and special milestones.
